These mugs are adorable..! They were well packed extremely well,however one of the mugs was broken. I contacted the seller Brenda and got a very quick response. I think she was more upset over me having a broken mug than I was. I appreciate how empathetic she was & said she would send out a replacement. Only a few hours later I get a notice from Etsy & USPS that the replacement had shipped. I highly recommend this seller & will be sending business her way. Thank you Brenda..!!
