The first mug that I bought as a gift never got there because I kept it for myself. I couldn’t part with it after I saw it. I never should have taken it out of the box. It’s just too cute and funny! Needless to say, I bought another one to replace the first one that I couldn’t part with. My friend was so excited when it arrived. She was very impressed by the packaging too. She absolutely loves it. Brenda was a great help with the shipping process. I never could have sent this to the Netherlands without her. Thank you Brenda!

Delivery was quick and seller was responsive and helpful! When I received my package I thought the seller did a great job labeling the box as fragile and the mug was well protected. I have no idea how it could possibly break, but unfortunately the handle was completely broken off. I contacted the seller immediately and she responded quickly. She sent a replacement and I had it within a few days!
